Broke the Kia

Great day in the woods but it ended with a little surprise. Pushed it a little to hard towards the end and cracked the exhaust manifold in half. We will get it fixed and back on the trails soon.

What started as a simple ride ended in quite the adventure. Two 80 series cruisers and a 60 take on some Tennessee trails. There is a guest appearance of a square body Chevy for a minute or two. Clips from our weekend wheeling trip. On this adventure the little Kia is trying to keep up with the triple locked big boys. A lot of people don’t know 1st gen sportages were a partnership build between Ford/Mazda and only licensed by Kia. They are a true body on frame, 2 speed transfer case, solid rear axle, and ifs front 4wd. First test of the tires and lift kit on the Kia Sportage project “jellybean”. There is some bonus footage of some friends vehicles too. Thanks @tmbfabrication for filming some and getting rowd...
Did you use factory replacement rotors for this set up?
It says this was uploaded 9 years ago, I'm curious if that was the issue and if you still have the car today?
The car was fixed and then sold. It was a flip vehicle not a keeper.
Can you please do a video on the AC control panel? I recently got a new one but when I connect it and turn on the car the control panel doesn’t turn on and I can’t use the AC at all. PLEASE HELP 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Just don't use this method on GM LS engines. You'll pop out the freeze out plug on the end of the crank and then full oil pressure will shoot out the crank. But otherwise most vehicle you can do this.

I ended up selling the truck and included the multiplier with the truck. It worked every time I used it but unfortunately no real long term review.

I replaced my problematic vacuum hubs with warn manual hubs. I would ditch the factory hubs and eliminate the issues all together
